This is my 24th year teaching in Ladue (my 23rd year at Reed), and I could not imagine doing anything else. I love what I do, and I feel so fortunate to be at a great school like Reed!
My husband, Adam, and I have 2 wonderful children. Mallory is an 11th grader at Parkway West High School, and Charlie is a 9th grader there as well. We also have a 5 year old old Wheaten Terrier named Sadie, and a 6 month old Shih-Chon (Teddy Bear) puppy named Otis. They are crafty little rascals! Yes- the kids AND the dogs! :)
In my spare time I love to read, take long walks, cheer on the Blues and Cardinals, and spend time with family and friends. I also enjoy going to both of my kids' swim meets. (They both swim on the Parkway West Swim & Dive Teams and swim for Parkway Swim Club during their off-seasons). Correction- now I enjoy watching their meets via live streaming!
I'm looking forward to getting to know you all, and to another fantastic year at Reed!
